Parenting begins on our knees.

Be mindful of how you raise your children. Don't raise kids for the devil to use or be a tool for the work of the devil. Parenting is undoubtedly exacting. Sometimes you will feel like you are walking on a tightrope. The good thing is, God isn't expecting you to do it on your own. Don't forget, they are His kids, you are His caretaker over them. He expects you to partner with Him and depend on Him for His desired outcome in the lives of our children.

As they come into our lives at birth, we are tasked with the enormous responsibility of nurturing them into healthy and responsible adulthood not as we want them to be but as God wants them to be! Nothing is more sobering than the realization that parents will, one day, give an account of the way they have raised their kids.

The greatest pain that comes from love is loving someone you can never have. Unrequited love is the infinite cause of a lonely heart. No matter how many stars you wish upon, some things just aren't meant to be. Why love the one who loves another? When you feel more drained than inspired, it's not love anymore.

Don't waste moments waiting and wondering. Don't throw away your time dreaming of someone that doesn't want you. At some point, you'll realize it's not enough to turn the page. You have to close the whole book. With millions of people in the world, why did your heart choose the one who couldn't love you back? The hardest relationship to get over is the one you were never really in. You'll stop hurting when you stop hoping. How can it hurt so much to lose someone who was never even yours? Therefore, be wise!

Living alone in a relationship meant for two is the loneliest place to live. No matter how painful it is, you cannot hate someone if he can’t love you back. Say goodbye for the last time to the one who keeps breaking your heart. Focus on your own happiness, focus on your own life, and focus on your own vision. Never love something so much that you can’t let go of it. Let go of what’s gone, be grateful for what remains, and look forward to what’s coming.

Falling in love doesn’t hurt; it’s the sudden stop that hurts so much. Don’t let the feeling of unreturned love cause you to hate. Continue to search for the love you deserve. You don’t deserve to be hurt, emotionally or physically. Relationships end too soon because people stop putting in the same effort to keep you, as they did to win you.
