To Love God (Part Seven) / Aimer Dieu (Septième Partie)

Matthew 22:37‭-‬38

"Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment.“

To Love God is the first and great commandment of life. Jesus was answering a lawyer who came to enquire about the great commandment of the Law. It stands out clear that to love God is the first and great commandment. That's why you must understand this topic, To Love God. The love we must carry for God must be very truthful, sincere and unreserved. 

Jesus makes a precision about how the love should be. "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind." So, that love must be complete and without hypocrisy. Desire to please God more than any other thing. Truly love Him and serve Him. 

What are the benefits of loving God sincerely?

1. God and His Son will abide in us and manifest themselves to us. (John 14:21-24). No matter what you are going through now, just keep loving God with all your heart. God will show up very soon in your life and change your story. He did not forget Abraham after 25 years. He has not forgotten you.

2. Uncommon wisdom and prosperity. Solomon loved God and proved it. God manifested Himself to him and gave him an open check to fill (1 Kings 3-5ff). The result is that Solomon was wiser and wealthier than any man who had ever lived.

3. God will lead you into uncommon realisations and achievements (1 Corinthians 2: 9-10). Solomon built a magnificent Temple. You will accomplish the extraordinary. Hallelujah!

4. God will turn all things to work together for your good (Romans 8: 28). Any disspointment you have had about work, marriage and any other project, God is turning them for your good. Just remain confident.

5. God will establish an everlasting Covenant of promotion, prosperity and protection with you and your family as He did with David (Psalm 89:20ff). God did it with Abraham, Joseph, and Paul, you are the next on the list. Praise the Lord. 

Prayer:

Father, thank you for causing me to love you with all my heart, with all my soul and with all my mind. I am confident that I am not a loser and will never be a loser loving you, but I am a winner in you all the time in Jesus name, Amen 🙏

Matthieu 22:37-38

« Jésus lui répondit : 'Tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de tout ton cœur, de toute ton âme et de tout ton esprit.' C’est le premier et le grand commandement. »

Aimer Dieu est le premier et le grand commandement de la vie. Jésus répondait à un docteur de la loi venu demander quel était le grand commandement de la Loi. Il est clair que l'amour pour Dieu est le premier et le grand commandement. C'est pourquoi il est important de comprendre ce sujet, Aimer Dieu. L'amour que nous devons porter à Dieu doit être véritable, sincère et sans réserve. Jésus précise comment cet amour doit être : « Tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de tout ton cœur, de toute ton âme et de tout ton esprit. » Cet amour doit donc être complet et sans hypocrisie. Désire de plaire à Dieu plus que tout autre chose. Aime-Le véritablement et sers-Le.

Quels sont les avantages d'aimer Dieu sincèrement ?

1. Dieu et Son Fils demeureront en nous et se manifesteront à nous. (Jean 14:21-24). Peu importe ce que tu traverses actuellement, continue à aimer Dieu de tout ton cœur. Dieu se manifestera bientôt dans ta vie et changera ton histoire. Il n'a pas oublié Abraham après 25 ans. Il ne t'a pas oublié.

2. Une sagesse et une prospérité exceptionnelles. Salomon a aimé Dieu et l'a prouvé. Dieu s'est manifesté à lui et lui a donné un chèque en blanc à remplir (1 Rois 3:5 et suivants). Le résultat est que Salomon était plus sage et plus riche que tout homme ayant jamais vécu.

3. Dieu te conduira à des réalisations et des succès exceptionnels (1 Corinthiens 2:9-10). Salomon a construit un Temple magnifique. Tu accompliras des choses extraordinaires. Alléluia !

4. Dieu fera en sorte que toutes les choses concourent à ton bien (Romains 8:28). Toute déception que tu as eue concernant le travail, le mariage et tout autre projet, Dieu les transforme pour ton bien. Reste simplement confiant.

5. Dieu établira avec toi et ta famille une alliance éternelle de promotion, de prospérité et de protection, comme Il l'a fait avec David (Psaume 89:20 et suivants). Dieu l'a fait avec Abraham, Joseph et Paul, tu es le prochain sur la liste. Loue le Seigneur.

Père, merci de me permettre de t’aimer de tout mon cœur, de toute mon âme et de tout mon esprit. Je suis confiant que je ne suis pas un perdant et je ne serai jamais un perdant en T’aimant, mais je suis un gagnant en Toi tout le temps, au nom de Jésus, Amen 🙏
